Watermelon-Aperol Frosé

It's almost summer and these delightful boozy slushies are the perfect way to celebrate!


  • 1/2 small watermelon
  • 1 cup chilled Rosé
  • 1 lime
  • 2 oz Aperol


  1. Remove the rind of the watermelon and puree using a blender or food processor. Pour into ice cube trays and freeze until solid, at least 4 hours. 

  2. In a blender, combine watermelon ice cubes, rosé, the juice of 1 lime, and Aperol and blend until slushy.

  3. Garnish with a lime wheel or slice of watermelon and serve immediately.
