It's almost summer and these delightful boozy slushies are the perfect way to celebrate!
- 1/2 small watermelon
- 1 cup chilled Rosé
- 1 lime
- 2 oz Aperol
Remove the rind of the watermelon and puree using a blender or food processor. Pour into ice cube trays and freeze until solid, at least 4 hours.
In a blender, combine watermelon ice cubes, rosé, the juice of 1 lime, and Aperol and blend until slushy.
Garnish with a lime wheel or slice of watermelon and serve immediately.
